Rates:
Rates are in Euro
A full breakfast, all taxes an charges are included.
Rates are quoted for Bed & Breakfast per Room based on two persons sharing.
There is an additional charge for third person (€30) and a discount for single occupation (€30)
Deposit:
We will need your credit card details to secure your reservation. We accept credit cards via a Secure SSL Connection - the industry standard in secure transactions on the internet.
Payment:
Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
The Bank exchange rate of the day will apply to payment made in foreign currency.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation please advise us by email.
If cancelled more than 1 month prior to your arrival date there will be no charge.
If later than this we will make best efforts to reallocate the room and if successful there will be no charge. If we do not rent the room a charge of Euro 50 may apply.
If we receive a late cancellation, less than 24 hours. or if a guest does not arrive, we reserve the right to charge for the first nights accommodation.
Check In:
Rooms are available from 4pm. and check out time is 11am.
Should you require an earlier check in please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.
When booking please quote an email address so that we can confirm your reservation.
Please , if possile, let us know what time you expect to arrive. If you are delayed or get lost, just call us.
